Nicole manages the DASK office and crucial administration functions, capitalising on 20+ years in administration experience, gained from working with Australian Government Agencies, Insurance Agencies as an Underwriter and Construction Company Office Manager.
Having a keen eye for detail combined with Nicoles’ customer service and dedication, ensures customer satisfaction at every interaction.

Dedicated and commercially astute, Shaun has spent his entire working life in the Construction Industry driving business development, managing projects and people and instilling a robust safety culture. Having gained extensive experience working for residential builders, tier 1 builders and a leading trade-based construction services provider in a career spanning 30 years, Shaun has demonstrated ability to lead across all levels of an organisation with his ‘solutions based’ approach. Being able to gain hands on ‘from the ground up’ experience, Shaun is recognised for enhancing process efficiencies, promoting cost-effectiveness, and optimising profitability through continuous systems improvement.
Having represented businesses at an Executive level in both South Australia and New South Wales,
Shaun has expertise in overseeing all facets of business operations, is adept at problem-solving, is able to identify risks and identifies avenues for diversification, driving innovation and technology
uptake, to achieve sustainable growth and profitability aligned to business objectives.
Thoughout his career Shaun has become equipped with a vast range of skills in people and team
management, tender and precontracts management, project and construction management, risk,
contract and commercial management, with the ability to deliver outcomes for subcontractors,
constructors and clients alike.
